STEP 1: Download the MindBody app so you can book classes: get.mndbdy.ly/ncX5C18I3U

Please use the same Username (this email address) and password to create the app account if you have not already done so.


  • All classes must be booked in Mindbody beforehand and may be booked up to 7 days in advance.
  • When you arrive for class at the gym, please check in on the iPad at the gym for each class attended.
  • Virtual classes will automatically check you in once you click on the access link and begin class.
  • If you can no longer attend a reserved class, please make sure to cancel 1 hour or more before class start time unless in an emergency case.
  • The easiest place to find your already reserved classes is by clicking the “my schedule” tab in the app.
Finding Eze Fit Transformation Center in the MindBody App
  • Select the “Fitness” tab and, if on an iPhone, select the “Businesses” tab as well.
  • Search for “Eze” in the search bar after making sure the search radius is set to the maximum of 50 miles. Doing the above will bring up all 4 of the Eze Fit Transformation Center locations. (Eze Fit Neptune, Eze Fit Brick, Eze Fit Howell).
  • Please click on the location(s) you plan to visit and click the small heart outline on the business location profile page to save it to your app home screen for easy reference for future class reservations.

Booking a Class

  • From your MindBody app home screen, click the appropriate Eze Fit business location to bring up that location’s schedule.
  • Select the day you would like to book from the calendar on the top of the screen
  • Then click “book” next to the class time you would like for that day.
  • Once the reservation is made it can be viewed here or on the “My Schedule” tab.

Virtual Zoom Classes

  • Virtual Classes are found under the Eze Fit Neptune Location in Mindbody.
  • Upon registering for a virtual class you will receive an email and text confirmation with a link to join the class at class time. A reminder email and text with the access link will also be sent 15 minutes before the class starts.
  • When logging into Zoom for class, please try to login 10 minutes early to make sure there are no issues accessing the class. If you are asked to enter a meeting ID and password, please clear the cache in your browser and try the link again.
Cancelling Classes
  • Please try to cancel onlocation classes within 60 min of class start time to allow a waitlisted client, if any, time to get ready and arrive for class. For virtual, please try to cancel before class start time, there is no requested time frame for those classes.
Can't Book Against the Right Pass?

If you are unable to book against the appropriate membership pass in the app after purchasing a membership at the gym, please see below.

  • Click on your profile tab and then click passes.
  • At the bottom of the screen you will see a link for either “missing passes” or “resend verification email”.
  • Click this link and follow the instructions in the email that is sent to sync your app with our server and bring in the correct pass that we have on file for you.
  • If the verification was successful, you will see the appropriate membership pass listed in your passes page in your profile.
