What if I'm a beginner or have injuries?

No matter what experience level you’re at, our staff and team will be there to guide you every step of the way. This challenge is broken down for you, making a hassle-free experience. Our team of dedicated coaches will help modify exercises for you whether due to injuries or other reasons noted.

How long will it take to achieve my perfect body?

The strategies in our Group Personal Training Program are designed specifically for rapid fat loss and lean muscle gains. Results will be visible right away if you follow the nutrition and training systems given. Now, if you’re looking to take your body to the next level you’ll need to implement the fundamentals of this program into an on-going lifestyle.

Do memberships come with a meal plan?

All memberships except for our single class drop ins come with a meal plan designed to help you achieve real results. 

How long are classes?

All classes are 45 minutes. They include a demo of the workout, the workout, and a cool down stretch. Classes start on time and end on time.

Can I train at other Eze Fit gyms?

Your membership grants you access to our West Long Branch location only. If you are interested in a Dual Membership to attend 3 classes in our West Long Branch and 3 classes in our Neptune location, please call us! 732-385-8002

What type of training do you do?

At Eze Fitness we include three different styles of training. They include, resistance training, metabolic conditioning, and boxing. All designed to help you build lean sculpted muscles, build endurance, and turn you into a calorie burning machine through our proven after burn effect.
