To access your Eze Fit account or make changes to your existing account please click (Member Login) below.

Click the three-line menu button at the top right corner of your screen. Next, select (My Profile). Then you’ll be prompted to sign in.

***CONTRACT COMMITMENTS & FREEZE/CANCELLATION POLICY***

 

-Once the initial 3 or 6 month unlimited recurring membership has been completed the contract will roll directly into a month to month membership at the same rate per month where you are not bound to any commitment after the initial 3 or 6 months and can cancel at any time.

-If at any point you would like to freeze or cancel your membership, you must do so by emailing support@ezefitnessgroup.com 5+ business days before your membership is set to renew.

-If you have a scheduled renewal payment within this 5-day period, the payment will be processed as scheduled.

-Your membership will be cancelled within 5 days from the date the cancellation request was submitted or, if the client requests the cancellation in advance, membership will terminate on the date requested in the cancellation.

-Cancellation of a 3 or 6 month unlimited recurring membership after the first 30 days will be subject to a $50 penalty fee for each month not completed and will be applied to the client’s credit card on file immediately upon early cancellation.

LOOKING TO FREEZE OR CANCEL YOUR CURRENT EZE FIT MEMBERSHIP?

 

Please email support@ezefitnessgroup.com at least 5 business days before your next scheduled payment to request your freeze or cancellation. A link will be sent back for the client to complete before finalizing the request.

Freezes may be between 14-60 days and are only allowed on recurring memberships (no jump start, single month, promotional offer memberships)
